!terms of service!I don't do ANY refunds once I've begun working on art (for example, if I produce a baseline sketch and you pay me to do it, you don't get your money back if you don't like the product), but in the same breath don't expect any additional payment after that.I always require half payment up front; if the commission is longer, I am perfectly content with paying in installments. Beyond that, however, I do require some kind of payment to begin so that I am not left without payment for my work.When you give me the "ok" on a piece of work you like, I don't have to go back and "fix" something you later decide you don't like; the project has ended and the payment/product has been transferred because you were ready to accept my work. However, if something is "dysfunctional" (for example, if the file size was too large for whatever you required it for and you need it smaller), I would be pleased to change it, but if it involves changing the artwork itself, you must notify me before the commission is closed.I need the final installments of payment when I give you the work or shortly after, otherwise you won't get the finished product. I am fine withholding work until you get the money but beyond that, you cannot have it until I get my payment
